This isn’t your traditional, quick-fix challenge. The Consortium for Health and Military Performance (CHAMP) has developed the Get Into Fighting Weight challenge in order to help individuals establish a strong foundation of health that lasts them a lifetime. If you are looking to improve your health for the long-term and are willing to invest the time and effort required to truly optimize your health, this is the guide for you. Across five different challenges, you will assess and improve your habits as they relate to nutrition, sleep, physical activity, and stress. There is no time limit for this challenge, and you will come out on the other side with a strong foundation to pursue a healthier life.
